Weekend Bookseller - Part-time

About the Role

Are you a lifelong bookworm with deep, eclectic literary knowledge—someone who truly believes a well-chosen book can change a day, a mindset, or even a life? Do you instinctively know which story might comfort, inspire, or spark something new in a reader? And are weekends your favorite time to be surrounded by books? If so, Middleburg Books would love to meet you. We’re looking for a Part-Time Bookseller to join our team.

In this role, you’ll be the friendly, thoughtful guide who helps customers find the book they’re looking for - even if they don’t quite know what it is yet. Your love of reading and your knack for recommending just-right titles will help our customers discover stories that truly resonate.

You’ll also help keep the store running smoothly—making sure shelves look great, staying on top of inventory, and running a register with ease. It’s all part of creating a welcoming, well-organized space for our community of readers.
